Completing a form for a fundraiser at Lewis Memorial United Methodist Church is a crucial step in our strategic plan. This act involves providing information and signifies a commitment to positive change.

Fundraising, defined as any activity seeking financial contributions or goods, plays a meaningful role in our collective effort. Whether through monetary donations or in-kind support, each contribution matters.

It's vital to submit the form to our Financial Work Team (FWT) six weeks in advance for thorough consideration. This ensures alignment with our church's goals and transforms individual contributions into a unified force for positive impact within our community.

Requested Date/s of Fundraiser

FWT will look at fundraising calendar for the church and the Church Treasurer will respond if there are any suggested changes before submitting to GOV Team at their regular monthly meeting.
